Clinical Operations team works with the sponsor to prepare a feasibility report based on the inclusion / exclusion criteria as per the protocol. Sites are selected based on various parameters like access to specific patient population, previous experience in specified indication and therapeutic area. Sites are also selected based on the infrastructural requirements which are useful to govern the trials. The project manager will work closely with each site and the principal investigator to develop successful recruitment and retention strategies for the subject’s participating in the clinical trail. |
